The Newton Heath allocated Gloucester/Cravens Class 100/105 twin set, formed of cars 53355 & 53812 and the last operational cars of their respective types that were asbestos free, were tagged onto the rear of a Manchester Victoria to Blackpool North service seen calling at Leyland on August 25th 1984.
