A Cravens DMU at Cairnie Junction on 6 May 1968, it was the last passenger service that would run to Elgin via Craigellachie. Its journey would take it over what is now the Keith and Dufftown Railway. The DTCL is unusual in having a full yellow end while still in a green livery.
