With pedestrians waiting at the level crossing gates on High Street, Derby built Class 114 Driving Motor Brake Second (DMBS) E50004 was departing from Lincoln Central with a service to Sheffield on April 21st 1981. E50004 was in refurbished white with blue stripe livery, whilst its trailer car was still in blue/grey. The third vehicle is a Cravens.
