After a test run to Drem and back to Edinburgh Waverley on January 28 1958 are, left to right, Motive Power Superintendent Mr C. Ross Campbell, Mr D.H. Cameron of Lochiel, Mr Peter Meldrum, and Mr F. Donachy, Members of the Scottish Area Board. They are standing outside the cab of a GRC&W twin DMU which would be introduced the following week.
