Having not long arrived with an afternoon service from St Albans, a CW allocated 4 Car Class 127 Diesel Hydraulic DMU set, sits in Platform 7 at St Pancras awaiting its next duty, with a rather unusual paint job on the leading vehicle M51615 (Which seems to have been applied for an unknown reason around Sept 1979) .... Withdrawn from Cricklewood on 7th August 1983, it was converted to a Parcels vehicle and renumbered to 55975 from May 1985 and allocated to Longsight. Final withdrawal came four years later and it was scrapped by Vic Berry's at Leicester .... 7th September 1982.
