This is thought to be vehicle M51622, taken after the incident near Napsbury where the No.2 cardan shaft broke up on 9 February 1966. Taken at Cricklewood this is the rear passanger saloon looking towards the cab, the floor hatches proving access to where the cardan shaft was. A London Midland Region image, negative DL3839.
