This is believed to be the underside of M59625, it was one of a series of images taken in the aftermath of a fire at Napsbury on 9 February 1966. This is London Midland Region negative DL3851 taken at Cricklewood depot. The accident report noted the vehicle "received damage to the vacuum reservoir tank" which is evident in the photo.
