Huddersfield Kirklees West Yorkshire 30th December 1982. Taken from the rear of a Met-Camm DMU returning from the West Clayton branch on the ex-LYR Penistone line this is the view of Longroyd Viaduct over the Colne valley. We will very soon negotiate Springwood Junction where the ex-LNWR Standedge route merges before entering the tunnels into Huddersfield station.
