A 3-car Gloucester Cross Country set with W51099 leading is assisted up the Lickey Incline hauled by 8400, the latter allocated to this task. The 119 continued unaided from Blackwell. Assistance up the incline was likely required owing to the tail load (visible at the rear) being carried, 5/10/63.
