Coates and Baggage. This mixed up triple set has plenty of baggage accommodation, with a pair of BRCW Class 110 “Calder Valley” power cars 51818 and 52077 sandwiching a Derby class 108 TBSL 59246 which started life as part of a 4 car set allocated to the NE region. They are seen stopping at Great Coates with a Cleethorpes to Barton-upon-Humber service in late 1987. Strangely, some of the original BRCW centre cars were stored at Craigentinny around this time.
