Unique blue DMU. By 1999 time was running out for first generation DMUs in Scotland, with a handful of Met Camm power twin sets operating from Corkerhill depot on some Glasgow suburban services. A few photos were taken on 1st August that year, when these had only a few months to go before being replaced by Sprinters. 101692 (53170 + 53253) was repainted into a unique blue livery in 1996 and is seen at Glasgow Central on a Whifflet service.
