May 1960 and a Gloucester Class 100 awaits the tail lamp being changed round for departure from East Kilbride. These units were removed from the Glasgow Central-Edinburgh Princes Street route due to complaints of rough riding and were evidently redeployed here. Picture by the late Iain Frew and uploaded by kind permission of his son Colin.
