Met Camm DTCL 54362 forms half of unit L224, seen at Paddington platform 14 in 1991. 54362 moved to the Western Region in March 1991 (from Cambridge) and ran from Old Oak Common and Reading until withdrawn in February 1993. 51445 is presumably the other half.
