Network South-East liveried Class 101 set L224 (51445 + 54362), photographed at Melton Mowbray while working a Norwich to Birmingham train on 16 June 1990. It was allocated to Cambridge depot. Peter Tandy.
A recently transferred Network South East Metro-Cammell Class 101 unit (L224 led by 51445) is at the head of a Norwich to Sheringham service collecting the token at Wroxham, August 4, 1990. Mike Dean.
Met Camm DTCL 54362 forms half of unit L224, seen at Paddington platform 14 in 1991. 54362 moved to the Western Region in March 1991 (from Cambridge) and ran from Old Oak Common and Reading until withdrawn in February 1993. 51445 is presumably the other half. Tony Walmsley.
