A mixed livery Swindon E&G DMU (set 605) approaches Falkirk Grahamston with the 11:30 Glasgow Queen Street - Waverley service on 18 July 1967. At this time there was a half hourly service between the two cities, trains on the hour from each end were fast services via Falkirk High, normally taking 56 minutes. Services on the half hour were stoppers running via Falkirk Grahamston and normally taking 71 minutes. Note the Park Royal railbus in the siding, likely 79971, in between services to Grangemouth.
