This is Old Hill High Street station after B.R. had refurbished it. The train is a Gloucester single car DMU, presumably W55009, unit and it is working to Dudley according to the blind. This was the second station on the line after Old Hill, these were Darby End, Windmill End and Baptist End. The Dudley to Old Hill line closed 15/06/1964, Peter Shoesmith took this view on 14/09/1962.
