Bristol allocated Class 101 DMU set B813, with vehicles W51533 + W59561 + W51463, suffered an engine failure in the leading car on 19 February 1982. At Bromsgrove Lickey bankers 37138 + 37293 were called, they didn't couple to W51463 but pushed the set up the incline.
