Waiting in the glum surroundings at the remains of Severn Beach station on 29 March 1986 is Bristol based Pressed Steel class 121 55026. The awful remains of the station are not helped by the addition of "Severn Beach Live Her" in red paint on the waiting shelter/urinal unit. Severn Beach never really developed as the holiday resort the GWR hoped it would, too many better and more scenic places are close by although Severn Beach does have a quiet charm of its own.
