Two Derby Lightweight (later Class 108) sets with a Liverpool service (and so likely Allerton sets) in Manchester Central probably in the mid-to-late 1960s. All four vehicles have the BR logos on the cab doors and three inch numbers, one has a full yellow end and at least two just yellow panel. Steve Davies Collection.

Date unknown but the mix of blue (Note the BR logos are on the cab doors) and green liveries suggests mid to late 1960s, the station closed in May 1969.
