From 2009 until May 2017, Chiltern Railways used this class 121 "bubble car" on the Aylesbury to Princes Risborough shuttle service. On the late afternoon of 2 May 2017 the unit stands at Aylesbury waiting to return to Princes Risborough and not Lichfield as shown on the destination blind.
