All three batches shared the same diagrams.
DMBS: 553, TC: 555, TS: 600, DMS: 554.
When vehicles were gangwayed new versions were issued with revised vehicle numbers:
DMBS, DMBS with note
TC, TC with note
DMS, DMS with note
There was no ammended versions of the TS non-gangwayed diagram as all vehicles were gangwayed.
DMBS: 853, TC: 855, TS: 856, DMS: 854.
After the gangway converion had been done, some vehicles received further modification such as adding through access and removing the doors between saloons. The original gangwayed diagrams would be re-issued with a reduced list of vehicles, and the altered vehicles would appear in a new version of the diagram, each with a different suffix:
DMBS - 853A, 853B
TC - 855A, 855A with note, 855B
TS - 856A, 856A with note, 856B
DMS - 854A, 854B, 854C
One final diagram is 858, which covered two Cardiff vehicles (59030/1) downgraded from trailer composites to trailer seconds. They note the conversion was done at Swindon, although it is not clear what conversion work was actually done as they show that the first class seats were retained.
In 1980 the diagrams were re-issued as design codes.
As all the TS vehicles had been gangwayed, there are only three of these.
