This was a booklet from the 33003 series of driving instructions.

In 1961 a new version was issued covering all Blue Square vehicles - BR 33003/92. A companion to this was a "Preparation and Disposal" booklet BR 33003/211.
In April 1968 all the 33003 booklets were issued so far were replaced with new three part editions. For Blue Square Torque Converter units this was:

The latter part was shared with Mechanical vehicles, for which Parts 1 and 2 were BR.33003-247 and 248 which should explain the out of series booklet numbering.

When the coupling code on the vehicles was changed from Blue Square to Red Triangle the the three part set was reissued in August 1969, this time as one booklet with three distinct parts.

In the early 1970s a new series of Driver's Manuals, the 33056 series, replaced the 33003 series. These were an even more generic series, covering almost all types.
