SC51803 displays the set number 101 430 when seen at Glasgow Central - probably sometime in August or September 1984, shortly after the vehicle's transfer to Ayr. The Class 107 centre car should be 59802. Andrew McConnell.
Adrossan Town station on 23 March 1986 just before electrification of the route was expected to commence. At the head of the line of Class 101/107 units is Metro-Cammell hybrid unit 101430 (comprising 51803 + 59802 + 52008) in Strathclyde PTE livery.
