A Swindon Class 123 Inter-City vehicle inside Swindon Works in the summer of 1967. This is thought to be W52086, the first of the class to be so treated. David Faircloth.
A rather forlorn Swindon InterCity DMBS W52086 at Doncaster circa 1980. It has had its B4 bogies removed, it is sitting on what was probably reclaimed Mk1 bogies for its trip to Snailwell. Stuart Pearce.
