The vehicle is mentioned in the following images:

DMU

Date: 4th October 1980

The Lea Valley Railway Club Blackpool Pullman railtour in Preston station on 4 October 1980. The passengers had travelled from Euston on electric-hauled Pullman coaches, then transferred to the DMU at Preston which left at 10:40 for Blackpool South. The Six Bells Junction website lists the vehicles as 50517 + 59173 + 50465 and 50518 + 59174 + 50466, and a first class stripe is on the closest vehicle it is presumed to be 50517. Derek Hoskins.
