E50263 leads a Newcastle-Darlington train past Wheatleywell Lane, Plawsworth, early 1982. Interestingly the rear DMC has been replaced by a DMBS. The first class accommodation in the leading car appears to have been downgraded as there's no yellow stripe above the windows. Elsewhere on www.railcar.co.uk, it's reported that this set was formed of vehicles E50263 + E59063 + E59084 + E51211 at that time, which is consistent with the vehicle types seen in this view.
