A Derby Heavyweight 2-car DMU set is seen at Sleaford soon after arrival with train 2K21 the 14.28 SO Doncaster to Sleaford on 30 December 1985. It will return as 2K40 the 16.06 to Lincoln Central. Most trains on the joint line back then ran through from Doncaster to Peterborough but this one was the exception.
