The 1981 BLS Scottish Tour was the Ayrshire Wanderer which ran in two parts. The Sunday tour (on 30 August) started and finished at Ayr and here we are at Girvan awaiting the road south. The formation of the train was interesting as it comprised two ex Inverness based Class 120 vehicles SC51787 + SC59685 and Class 101 SC51529.
