Metro-Cam Class 101 runs round at Huntingdon before returning to Hitchin on 1/6/79. Driving Trailer Composite E56377 leads Driving Motor Brake Second E51444. It's obviously from a different era as can be seen from the happy youth allowed a cab ride during the run round manoeuvre. Mike Dean.

A Class 105 DMU at Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire, on 15/06/1976, with the 14:16 Hitchin - Huntingdon which arrived at 14:57. Although this is the East Coast Main Line, many semaphore signals are still in evidence. The station is largely unreconstructed at this time - work took place gradually from the mid-1970s until 1988.
