A four-car BRC&W DMU, date/location unknown. With Thirsk on the destination blind DMCL E50553 is closest, looking brand new - it was first allocated to Hull in September 1958 and this seems to be at Hull Dairycoates. Its partners are presumably 59220 + 59199 + 50574. Stuart Mackay Collection.
Recently new BRC&W DMUs, E50571 is closest as part of a four-car set, its partners should be 59196 + 59217 + 50550 - they were delivered to Hull Springhead at the end of August 1958, and this seems to be taken at Hull Dairycoates. Stuart Mackay Collection.
