Two 3-car 101s depart from Woodham over Ferry Lane Level Crossing on the 11th August 1984. David Underwood.
Three-car Class 101 set 94 sits in Brampton station on the 7th March 1985. David Underwood.
The 14.21 to Ely departs Norwich on 15 March 1985 formed of Metro-Cammell set number 94. Robert28194.
Passing Class 101s at the south end of Halesworth station. Set 94 is on a Lowestoft service, 53266 seems to be leading which dates this to late 1985 or early 1986. With the headlight on at this end and no driver, set 101 is likely on a turnaround service from / to Ipswich and between duties. 53330 is likely the closest vehicle. Both sets have the centre of the RETB antenna lower than the destination box - within a few months these would be moved upwards, so the centre was at the side of the destination box, probably to improve reception?
