Met-Camm DMUs in York station, including a four-car refurbished set for Leeds with E50267 closest. Date unknown. Walter Burt Collection.

Seen at Lowestoft in June 1990 is Class 101 Metro Cammell unit 108. Car numbers were not noted at the time and the formation of this unit varied considerably over time, but the vehicle at this end seems to be E53267. Bob Belcher.
Class 101/116 hybrid 53267 + 53818 at Brocklesby in June 1992. Nicholas Youngman Collection.
Two Norwich based Metro-Cammell class 101 units leave Cromer, the 3 car set on the right (53267, 59079, 53177) is heading to Norwich, whilst the 2 car set following (51213, 54065) is bound for Sheringham. 9th August 1988. Andrew J Crowther.
The 10.12 Stratford-upon-Avon to Leamington Spa service on 20 June 1992 was made up of class 116 vehicle 53838 leading followed by Class 101 53267 as I pictured it going slowly around the curve from Hatton West Junction into platform 3 of the station. The leading vehicle had recently received a high(ish) intensity headlight to supposedly increase visibility for those working on the track. The up main line had just been relaid and re-ballasted and it looks as if a few yards of the branch had had a bit of spare material dropped around it. Peter Tandy.
Tyseley Set T054 waits in the bay platform at Grantham with a service to Skegness on 14th July 1992. This unit was a hybrid set, with Class 116 53838 leading and Class 101 53267 at the rear. Chris Barker.
