Norwich based DMU set 68 led by class 100 DMBS 50346 with class 105 DTCL 56435, plus two other sets on a Norwich - Dereham charter organised by the Wymondham & Dereham Rail Action Committee (WyDRAC), Railway Development Society (RDS) and LCGB on 8/Apr/1978. Seen at Norwich. Robert Chilton.
E50346 at March on a very damp August 17th 1979 in ex works condition with domino style headcode display. After this hasty (and somewhat blurred) photo had been taken, I went down to the platform where further scrutiny revealed a paint date of 29/7/79. It was paired here with a rather less sparkling Cravens trailer, E56114, they were working the 17.10 Cambridge to Peterborough service. Gerard Fletcher.
E50346 is seen at Colchester with E56114 forming a Sudbury service on March 22, 1980. Jeremy Chapter.
