In Birmingham New Street on June 16 1962 is a Park Royal and GRC&W set which have arrived on the 3:50pm ex-Rugeley (TV) and will now work the 5.10pm return. Note the 21F shed code on the buffer beam, this was Rycroft depot which had sixteen of the twenty Park Royal sets allocated to it on this date, the other four (50411-4) were at Watford. The DMBS has no whiskers, but the cover for the route indicator is from a vehicle that had whiskers. Michael Mensing.
