A Derby Works image (negative 58/880) showing the interior of a DMS from a Derby suburban triple set, presumably W51150. Taken in Duffield station circa late August 1958 it is looking from the cab end looking to the rear. British Railways.
DMBS W51137 is a lighter green that it's partners (TC 59447 and the DMS is presumably 51150) when seen at East of Keynsham with the 5.20pm Bristol Temple Meads - Westbury service on May 13, 1964. Soon after the set would be converted for Newspaper traffic and after a short spell in Scotland the power cars would become the 'Railair' set. Michael Mensing.
Derby Class 130 Parcels car W51137 (formerly high density "Suburban" Class 116 DMBS) on "Railair" service with GUVs W86174 & W86572 at Bristol Temple Meads - c.1970. Out of view (to the right) would be W51150 (ex DMS) which would complete the four car "Railair" set. 53A Models of Hull Collection.
