The 1255 Darlington-Hartlepool seen at Hartburn Junction, Stockton, on 18/12/1980. The trailer is 56391, the power car may be E50259. John Carter.
On 29-12-1980 E50259 + E56381 are seen with the 1115 Saltburn - Darlington service at South Bank. South Bank station was demolished and a new station built slightly nearer to Middlesbrough, the much simplified trackwork now gives no hint of this stations existence. John Carter.
