A Cravens DMU with DTCL E56438 closest. Date/location unknown, Cambridge is displayed on the destination blind which was its home depot from new until moving to Finsbury Park in April 1966. Stuart Mackay Collection.
Probably not bound for Hull, despite the destination blind, this is a Cravens dmu in the bay at the south end of Doncaster station in May 1980. The leading car is no. 56438. Andrew Walker.
