Former Bedford-St Pancras Diesel Hydraulic Red Triangle DMU Driving Cars 55972 (51611) & 55982 (51596) running as Parcel Unit 912, were passing Daisyfield level crossing at Blackburn with a diverted Workington to Manchester mail service on March 29th 1986. The unit had a CCT van as a tail load.
