BR blue Tyseley hybrid DMU with Class 105 51282, Class 127 59617 and a class 100 DMBS call at Five Ways with a Four Oaks - Longbridge service on 27 May 1978, in the early weeks of the Birmingham Cross-City line. Although it has fallen back a Tyseley set number - possibly TS418 - can be seen in the left cab window. This station, on the site of the original closed in the 1940s, had opened on 8 May, along with new stations at University and Longbridge. The far from unusual sight of a mixed-up Tyseley set on the Birmingham Cross-City Line with class 122 55012 leading a pair of class 116 vehicles at Five Ways on 6 December 1986.
