A Western Region Diesel Pullman set arrives into Guildford station on the morning of 25 April 1970. This was a Gilks-Grenside Educational Special, Number 7. It had run from Surbiton via Woking and would continue onto Carmarthen where the passengers would transfer to Cross Country sets to tour some Welsh branches (as special Number 8).
