This four-car dmu formation on September 6, 1980 is headed by a Class 104 Birmingham RC&W Co driving trailer. I think I can identify this as E56187. It carries a Norwich set identity (54) and its partner is a class 105 Cravens vehicle, a 114 is on the back. The train is headed for Doncaster via Spalding, hence the train is crossing off the main (Peterborough) line into a branch platform. It probably originated at Great Yarmouth.
