Mr.Stanley reported the work was proceeding satisfactorily abd 21 sets had been completed.
Mr.Gould reported the scheme was operating satisfactorily; four additional sets were introduced into service on the 24th July (making a total of 11 sets in operation) and a further 8 sets will be brought into operation on the 11th September.
The D.T.M., London has been advised that L.T.E. engineeering work will not be completed until the end of April, so the commencement of the final stage will be postponed. A meeting is to be held with the L.T.E. and Western Region on the 12th September to fix a new date for the introduction of the full services.
Mr.Bell stated the matter was still under investigation.
Statement of receipts and tickets issued during April, 1961, for those schemes with less than 12 months operation was noted - see Appendix 'A' attached.
Mr.Taylor stated a loan of staff, subject to agreement of men involved, had been agreed from the C.M.& E.E. Derby Works, until the closing of the Neasden and Cricklewood Motive Power Depots is settled, and the question of priority between Cricklewood and Marylebone was now under consideration.
