Class 114 55931, converted to a Parcels unit (with converted 54016 behind) and Cravens Ex-Class 105 TDB977124 which is in Departmental use as a route-learning vehicle await their respective next turns in the bay platforms at York on 14th September 1988. Syd Young.
Class 114 55931 sandwiched between 55991 and 54901 in Leeds station. The former 53040 had the roller shutter doors added at Ilford in late 1987, initially running in the plain blue parcels livery with yellow stripe. It visited Doncaster Works in early 1989 for fitting of Leyland TL11 engines and repaint into red. Malcolm Clements.
