×

Details

By 1999 time was running out for first generation DMUs in Scotland, with a handful of Met Camm power twin sets operating from Corkerhill depot on some Glasgow suburban services. A few photos were taken on 1st August that year, when these had only a few months to go before being replaced by Sprinters.

101693 (51192 + 53266) is seen at Motherwell at one of the "Hamilton Circle" platforms after arriving on a shuttle from Whifflet.
