4th July 1967

A Class 101 DMU is seen calling at Pelaw station on Tuesday 04/07/1967 - then in Co. Durham - with a South Shields-Newcastle service, presumably not long after the EMUs were replaced with DMUs. The DMBS is in blue livery with a small yellow panel (since no yellow can be seen on the cabside). Graeme Phillips Collection.

Met-Camm DMUs in Glasgow Central station on 30 July 1967. The closest set in green has a DMBS in revised lining and a DTCL in original lining with yellow first class stripe. It is coupled to a set in blue with yellow panel. AM11 EMU set 108 has yellow cab doors. Tony Lambert.

Two Met-Camms sets at Lochwinnoch in August 1967, with Largs to Glasgow train diverted from main line due to engineering works. The leading car is painted in rail blue with just a small yellow panel, the car behind has a first class stripe and still seems to be in green. Corriebob.

5th November 1967

Last ever train from Woodside. Sunday 5th November 1967. I think the final Chester General to Woodside dep Chester at 2308 and arr at Woodside 2335. This info is from the April 1966 to March 1967 WTT. I don't suppose it changed much up to November. The ECS is leaving Woodside presumably for Mollington Street.
