A two-car Cravens Class 105 DMU with DMBS E51260 leading, was stood in platform 4 at Norwich with a service to Great Yarmouth on May 1st 1980. On its right is Class 104 TBLS E59227. Martyn Hilbert.

Set: 66

Cravens Class 105 Set no. 66, E51260 leading E56413 departing Norwich on 9th September 1981 as the 12.05 to Sheringham. The diagrams for these units involved considerable distances and on this date set 66 worked the 11.04 Yarmouth - Norwich, 12.05 to Sheringham and back followed by the 16.45 Norwich - Peterborough and 19.15 Peterborough - Cambridge. The RCTS "Fensman No 4" railtour at Oakington on 7 April 1979. Formed of Norwich set 55, a Class 105/104 hybrid (51265 + 56189), which was used for a Branch Line Society tour the same day. Roger Geach Collection.

The RCTS "Fensman No 4" railtour on 7 April 1979 was just an out-and-back trip from Cambridge to Fen Drayton, with photo stops en route. Much of this line is now open to passengers again, but on rubber tyres as the route forms the basis for the Cambridge Busway. Cravens class 105 power car E51265, new 1958 and BRCW class 104 driving trailer E56189 are seen at the former Histon station, closed to passengers in 1970. Jeremy Chapter.

A Class 105 and 114 at Bardney Junction on the direct Lincoln - Firsby line via Woodhall Junction,July 9 1969. The Derby Heavyweight DTC is in rail blue with small yellow panel, and has Sheffield on the blind, despite working the 15:22 Firsby - Lincoln service. The Craven's has a green DMC and the DMBS E51267 is in rail blue, with Tumby Woodside on the blind, it is working the 16:00 Lincoln - Tumbly Woodside. Steve Davies Collection.
