107443 is led by 52004 at Paisley Gilmour Street. Date unknown. Andrew McConnell.
The train now arriving at Platform 4...is for Glasgow Central via Shotts. Class 107 set 443 is seen arriving at Haymarket in August 1987. SC52004 is leading, SC59805 is the centre car, and normally SC52016 would be bringing up the rear, but we can just make out a Strathclyde orange and black livery on the last vehicle so presumably a temporary substitution has been made. Murray Liston.
Class 107 Pettycur Aug 1987. By this time it was a case of "anything goes". This class was never common on Fife Circle workings and definitely not in SPT orange livery which the leading car is wearing, but by then the corporate identity manual had more or less been abandoned. Closest appears to be 107443 / 52004. Alistair Ness.
107743 (presumably with 52004 closest) heading away from the camera in the countryside to the north of Kilmaurs, between Kilmarnock & Barrhead, with the 11.59 Kilmarnock - Glasgow Central on 29-05-1989. This was not long before the class 156 Sprinters took over this service. The line was singled in 1974. Gordon Thomson.

Celebrity. Derby 107 444 was was one of the first DMU sets turned out in Strathclyde Red and Black. This livery in brilliant sunshine, with Ilford Pan F and an errant exposure is obviously not a good combination [Note to self!]. However, Sc52005 is pictured at the closed Cameron Bridge station on the Tay-Forth Venturer Railtour whilst traversing the Methil branch. The adjacent distillery may have been rail served along with the power station at Methil at that time. Saturday 16 June 1984. alicia hartman.
