A Derby built Class 108 2-car DMU is stabled between duties in Southport carriage sidings on the 10th July 1988. Visible are the toilet blocks and the faded maroon & cream staff cabin on the disused excursion platforms, the coal depot, the loco shed, and the stable blocks for the former goods yard. Viva & Marina British Rail vans are parked in the yard. Martyn Hilbert.
