A Gloucester Class 119 two-car DMU formed of W51052 & W51080 was stood in the separate branch platform at Liskeard with a service from Looe on July 26th 1980. The 119's were 'Cross-Country' type DMU's that normally ran in three-car formations. As Plymouth Laira set P571, the two cars were formed together between May 1980 and May 1981, when they were transferred to Cardiff. Martyn Hilbert.

A Class 119 on a Falmouth to Truro service waits to depart from the thankfully reinstated Docks station on 11/7/86. WR set 577 should be 51063 + 59422 + 51091, yet the vehicles were allocated to CF at the time, and had not been Plymouth vehicles since 1977. Stephen Burdett.
