E51960 is a motor open composite car, described on the layout diagram as "Inter-Cities Diesel Train" (sic) but the class were known generally as "Transpennine" units. They were built at Swindon Works and new in 1960. This particular formation has at least four cars and was seen at York on 16 April 1977. Jeremy Chapter.
